This form is for tattoos ONLY. Piercings are done on a walk-in basis.

All appointments require a deposit to book.
Our deposit policy is listed below.

All appointments bookings are added to our schedule on a first deposit basis.
Terms of non-refundable deposits - Please read through carefully prior to booking

Non-Refundable Deposit Terms:
Deposit is Forfeited IF
1. Appointment is cancelled for any reason
2. No-show to appointment for any reason
3. We do not receive a minimum of 7 business days' notice of need to reschedule (Mon- Fri are business days. Reschedule via email - [email protected])
4. At the appointment time and date customer decides to change original project to something of lower cost, the deposit is forfeited.

**Important Notes:
1. It Is the responsibility of the client to place the appointment information to his/her calendar and not the responsibility of Stockton Tattoo to remind client of appointment.
2. The more time we have in advance to reschedule the better, we need as much time as possible to reschedule, but do keep in mine #3 above under Terms that we must receive notification of need to reschedule with a minimum of 7 business days.
